For anything at all — a bug, a question, feedback, or help with your account — email info@thedesti.app. You can also reach us from inside the app: Profile → menu → Settings → Report a problem.
2 Report content or a user
Desti has built-in tools for this, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours:
- Report a user: open their profile, tap the … menu at the top right, then Report user.
- Report a photo: tap the photo to open it full screen, then tap the flag icon.
- Block someone: same … menu, then Block user. Undo anytime under Settings → Blocked users.
Reports are anonymous to the person being reported. You can also email reports to info@thedesti.app.
3 Delete your account
You can permanently delete your account and all of its data from inside the app: Profile → menu → Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, rankings, photos, wishlists and followers from our systems. It cannot be undone, and no email or support ticket is needed.
